recharging shock

Hey guys i was looking at recharging a 350x shock, but am not sure on how it is done and how much it would cost to do?....thanks

and if anyone knows where i can get a stock xr200r piston and cam i would appreciate it

also, i need to find a 350x shock linkage mount(wishbone shaped thing) if anybody knows where i can find one it would help...ive looked all over the internet

It is charged with nitrogen, I'm guessing a 350x would have somewhere close to 250-300 psi. I have no clue what adealer charges to fill them. I'm guessing very cheap though and free if they know you and you buy parts from them.
