definetly 20s, sport trikes should never have 22s, they look just too ugly

It really depends on where you are going to be riding it the most. If you are riding rocky trails with logs, or mud, or going to be making new trails...22" tires work the best
If you are just going to be riding groomed trails, play racing, ect...the 20's will be the best.
If you are solely planning on racing it...then get the 18's

Stock gears? What type of terrain do you ride?
Do you like to ride fast or quick?

A agree, and the answer to what kind of tires lies within the same questions.

the type of terrain that I ride in is mainly hard packed,a graval pit and snow in the winter time and some light mud,so I need a all around type tire.I was thinking about Razr's or realtors http://www.tiresunlimited.com/images/pure_sports_atv/PureSportsRealtor.jpg

I'm using the 22x11x8 Dirt Devils on my 200X and so far they have been great for all sorts of terrain. I've used them on rocky coastal terrain, forest trails and last weekend in the sand dunes for a few hours.
They are a 'small' 22 too. Total height when fitted is around 20 1/2" so not all tires are going to be an exact size that they state when they're on. The balloon style Dunlop 22x11x8's that were on the trike when I got it measured over 23" tall and only 9 1/2" wide while fitted on the 8x8 OEM rims.
These measurements were both taken with 4 1/2 psi in the tires.
