85 250R linkage question

What the name on the Peice the goes inside the linkage itself?? Its some kinda bearing i think.. When i pull up on the grab bar and look at the linkage i can see it moving from left to right and when i jump i hear something clanking... so something is going bad but i don't know the name it..Anybody know??? Thanks..........Bike is a 85 ATC250R....:)

There is a bushing that goes in the bottom of the shock, on the bolt. It kept falling out when i was putting on my new shock. I think i had 2 of them. one off my old shock and the one on it now since i had one laying on my florr when i was done. lol.. Probly could be worn out. maybe the top one might be worn too.
