Hey guys. I've had my '85 350x for about a year and I like it. It's the best 3 wheeler I've ridden. I need your help on what jetting to run. I know you cant tell me exactly what to run but I need a guideline from anyone that has experience tuning a 350x. Here's the sinario:

350x stock compression and carb (that I know of)
Runs well currently.
Cobra exhaust with sparkarrester end cap. (sounds pretty opened up)
Unifilter with filtered vents in airbox (8x 1" filtered vents.) run with lid on.

Now. I know that generally with these mods on most bikes, I should go up on the main jet 1 or several sizes from stock and possibly make other adjustments such as clip position and mixture setting. Please give me some of your experience on what 350x's like in terms of jetting.

I ride almost exclusively in Glamis and you know that's at sea level and temps range from 90 - 55 when I go. Thanks much. This forum rocks!

I have a Cobra exhaust and Uni filter on my "Go-Go" 350X.... With help of a few at Trikefest, we ended up going form a stock 138 to a 142 jet, and also dropped the clip 1 position. We think my bike also has a high compression piston. (not sure, but it kicks a lot harder than my stock Showgirl 350X) The airbox on it is sealed up as I ride in the woods/mud.

Hope this helps...
