I need some XR 75 HELP!!!!

I bought my daughter a little XR 75, the guy we got it from said it had a bad coil, well I replaced it with a new one from honda and I still don't have a very good spark, When I take a bigger plug for a 250r I get a pretty good zap though. I've bought 2 different plugs for the xr just in case I got ahold of a bad one. I was thinking maybe the points are bad, but I've never had to mess with a points system before. any help would be great.

BLAZERONE22, Did you get the bike going yet? If not I have a manual that I can scan a few pages of for you.

points go bad on those bikes VARY far and inbetween..as in not oftern at all its more that likely a stator you need :)
