front wheel vibration...

i just brought a brand new douglas rim for ma 86 atc250r... when i was putting it back together i lost the left side collar... so i cut and made another one.. now when i ride it and get to top speed it vibrates bad....

how are the wheel bearings in the hub? any play in the axle?
