same with me man. i just lubed the hell out of and am going to let it sit. my guess is the thing is rusted to the bearings or something. because in the manual it doesnt show that it is threaded on but, im going to grab the yatch with vice grips and going to try and twist it out soon. i need to no also. i got to get it coated so i can put it on my diff frame!

try putting some oil on the threads let it sit for a hour or so and then get the impact gun out. if that dosent work then you will probly have to grind it off

im talking about the bolt not the nut. i think he is too. we can get the nut off but the bolt wont come out.

Take a drill and put a divot on the threaded end of the bolt. Use a gear puller to push the bolt through. It may take a while, just keep putting more pressure and spraying it with WD-40. Once you get it started it all downhill from there. Worked pretty well for me.

I like Muddy's solution. I had to cut mine off with a sawzall. No muss-No fuss. The puller sounds like it will save the pivot shaft.

Another way of doing it is weld a nut at the un threaded side of the bolt and get a air gun and spin it loose. A atv mechanic told me this about my 200X.

lol sorry i always get nut and bolts mixed up. i had the same problem with mine. so i put a impact gun on the bolt to brake it loose. After that i make it so there no presure on the bolt inside and i got a big punch. good luck

An air chisel never fails and they only cost about $20. You just have to cut one of the chisels to make the end flat so it pushes the bolt out. Once you try this you'll wonder how you lived without one.
