how do i get the little pic. next to my user name help

i want to put a pic. next to my user name but need help doing so if some one can help that would be great

Fisrt of all you need to have the picture sized to no more than 100X100 pixels. Once you have it sized you can upload it by going to your "Control panel" in this forum and uploading it. If you have any problems let me know and I will try to walk you through it.

With what part?? Be more specific. You need to lay out your question so we can work on it. Right now I don't know if you need help with resizing the pic, posting it or if you didn't read renotrikeguys post.
