The Dealership has had it for about 3 weeks to a month now.....and i told them that i would throw in an extra 20$ if they get it done within the next week....and they said they would do their best....and the guy i talked to is one of my dads friends....so maybe ill get a discount on it too!!! but anyway he said that .019 on the rods side to side play is good...and it should last a while....he said .019 will go but .020 wont....and if im correct the wear limit is .032.....but if worst comes to worst ill put the new rod on it....All i had them do was put new bearings and crank (cam) sprocket on...but hopefully i will be up and runnin soon....and is there any way that i can get "gotta go fast" out of my head???? lol....i have a feeling im going to be babying this thing for quite some time....is 3-4 tankfulls good for break in??? and should i use like SAE50 oil???? thanks

hey brad.
i am no pro on break in's but got a new upper re-build on my x motor to do. only have 15 minutes so far (lol)
anyway, i am convinced to use the motor oil you would normally use and too stick with it like fore-ever. just change it more often for the most part,,, like ten hours or so.
i think that all manuals say the biggest contributer to long engine life is frequent + regular oil changes.
take it easy on your new lower re-build,,,, ya don't want to haft to have done again in 2 weeks do ya ? ( that help the go-fast thing ?)
