I traded a good running yamaha 200 that is shaft druven, but was in rough shape, but i ran pritty good, for a 1986 honda 250r chassis with fenders, radiator, tank, seat, and all the suspention, but with no wheels except the front, so was it a good trade????????

One mans trash is another mans treasure! I'd say you did good, I would have done it myself. Even though you had something that ran, if it's performance you are looking for, it'll be better in the long run.
