are 110 cams and 200x cams the same?

someone told me the 110, 125, 200x cams are all the same. i REALLY need a good cam for my 200x and cant seem to find one. anyone here of this before or have 2 to compare?

i dont think the 110/125m cams are the same but 185s and 200x are check out http://www.webcamshafts.com/
they have them look under ATV and the year and make of your trike :)

nope,the 125 is different from the 200
