Well, I stripped the engine out of my atc 200, checked and cleaned everything and put it back together. It's sitting on the garage floor right now. Only thing is it sure is hard to pull over...is this normal? If I put the decommpression lever on it turns over smooth but just to crank it over with the pull start its a bi**.
