A couple of my riding buddys went there for the weekend. I can't wait to hear how the riding is there. Sounds like they have alot of everything. I definitly got to make time for a trip there next year.

Who's in??? I know alot of us are within a days drive.

I'd be intrested.me and a riding buddy were talking about it sat.we should take a 3 or 4 day weekend and go do some riding.let me know when you are thinking of going.as long as it don't interfere with trike fest or my wifes vacation to virginia beach with her girlfriends, then I should be able to go.I might be able to get a few more guys to go as well.

I am no longer a trike owner. But I would love to ride the hatfield/mccoy trail system.

if you guys get a ride together I will get some guys to ride.

yeah i go w around 5-7 guys every year for 4-5 days.. its a blast.. you can ride all day!! you have to bring extra wheels and tires.. along w gas.. sometimes the trails run long and you run out of gas.. i mostly ride my trx there w a x/c tank and barely make some of the runs.. also bring some mudders.. they have hills and ruts.. and need the grip!

My buddys just returned from there, heres the result of Florida deep water mud guys and 1000ft cliffs. :)

They tell me it looks much better in the pic then it really is. The rear is broken and frame cracked and bent everywhere.

The guy jumped off before the wreck, not a scrach.

I wonder if that 500cc will fit in a 350x frame...

That don't look so good. What was it?I have also talked to a local guy that has been there, and he said that the trails were no better than the ones at our local riding spot, just more of them.

It was (is) a 2003 Vinson. The guy is thinking of parting with it for $500. :)

They said Hatfield McCoys are awesome! Even this unlucky rider, as the guy who owned the plalce they were staying rented him a Polaris for $50 a day.
Hard to believe after they saw this return..Quad was paid off with no insurance.

I'll stick with flat land myself.
