200m throtle cable

in the thumb throttle the wire that runs through is bent so it sticks at a high reve is there any way to fix it with out buying a new one its on a 83 200m

I would just buy a new one. I think they can me bought for $10 to $15. To me it's not worth a accident trying to repair a old one. 2 minutes in a emergency room will cost more than $20 lol
