Ok lol I have a DG pipe .. and its loud .. i leave it outside idling .. and well i go in the house and i can hear the valves ticking away .. lol .. is that normal? ..
I mena the guy i bought it from said that the valves were always loud and that he adjusted them .. ideas of what could be worn?

It's actually the rockers that are tapping against the valve tip, most likely due to excessive slack. They just need a good adjusting.

adjust the valves and the cam chain, or get some earplugs

If the gap is too large, you will hear it and the valves won't open as much as they should. less gas getting into the cylinder, less exhaust leaving until the point to just doesn't want to run
