You can most likely get it from a Case tractor dealer or a restoration parts shop. Old equipment junkyards and antique dealers also have excellent parts availability. Or got to yesterdaystractors.com or tractorshed.com and search under parts ads, or under parts suppliers, those will most likely work well, If all else fails go to a local machine shop or hot rod shop (believe it or not!) and they could fabricate parts for you. Also check the local classifieds in the country, theres often old IH's being parted out in those.
drive around the county side asking old farmers if they have any old case ih's :D

Here is the link to a tractor salvage yard in Abiline Ks. I have used many parts form this company. They are very reputable and stand behind there sales.

Is it a dozer or wheel tractor. What model is it? If it is an ag tractor there is a couple places in IN and OH. Alfords, Sumners, Bates are three different boneyards for ag equipment. If it is industrial dozer, you might have to go to a dealer or we also use Cohn and son in Indiana. I think Dresser bought out IH industrial equipment, sometimes they can still get older IH parts, but not all the time. If your interested in any of these I can get some numbers for you or you can probably find them on the web. We have an old IH TD-18 dozer, and a E-270 payscraper. Between Cohn and the local Dresser dealer, we have got most parts that we have needed.

it is a struck mini dozer but the IH transaxle will fit to eliminate all the bealts and bearings

I would try Bates then. They disassemble tractors clean up the parts, most of the time, and tag them and keep most parts inside on shelves. Expect to pay half price of new with them though, but if it is what you need...........
