Right now i am testing a 350x but i love it so much i am going to buy it.
The problem is: That it starts 1st kick when it is cold but after i warm it up and shut it off and let it set for about 10 minuites. Then it is very hard to start. I am new to this kick start and i think i am not kicking it hard enough. I figure one of 350x guys could help me out.
Thanks

What i have found that works for me is that i give it about 1/4 throttle while i am kicking it. One or two kicks everytime.

Move the kickstarter with your hand and watch the end of the decompression cable at the head and make sure it's moving in sync with your kickstarter movement.
Mine broke and it made it a BEAST to kick (Don't worry...a new cable is only $18 from the dealer).
If the cable is intact, now it's time to make sure the cable adjustment is correct.
For a "rough field adjustment", set it near 3/32-1/8" at the lever on the head with the piston at TDC compression stroke (timing marks are on the stator side of the engine under the little flathead screw slotted cover).
Any other stroke and you'll have a LOT of cable play-a tell tale sign you're not on TDC.
Any more play in the lever and it just makes it harder to start.
Too little play is BAD, too.

I got mine adjusted "dead nuts" and it's a BREEZE to start.

Also check the pilot screw to make sure it's adjusted properly once you get it warmed up.
Mine was not when I got the bike and made it a 3-4 kicker to start hot.
After adjusting, it's a 1-kicker hot.

Best of luck!

You're from Missouri?? North, south, east or west? I'm near St. Louis.

The best way i have found is to open the throttle just a little bit and kick it hard.
