fork bearings? wtf

Took off some forks and the bearings came out (look like BBs) so just get new ones, or put them back? If its anything like a car bearing once they are apart they are junk right?

So where can you get these, I havent seen them, and are they a sealed bearing? DO they press in and out the the fork shaft, because the bearing race is still in the shaft?

No they're probably fine.If you haven't done so already don't mix the top and bottom.Some models are different.You'd be surprised how much those things cost at the honda shop.They go back in loose.Pack it with grease and place them in a ring and put it back together.Better check a manual and check how many you lost.

Yeah I freaked out too. But its no big deal clean them in some gas, and then put a thin layer of grease on the race, and stick them to it. Slide the tripple tree back in and a little more grease and bolt it down. Good to go. No big deal.
