my old 110 did it until I honed out the jets, my suzuki alt 125 did it and even a new carb didnt fix tht one, now I have a 185 and at full throttle it bogs (doesnt stall out but bogs) so it wont go as fast as it potentially could, what should I do?

My 200X did that after drilling the airbox, installing a K&N and Suptertrapp exhasut. I stepped up my mainjet to a little larger size and it fixed the problem. Basically, the bike was bogging from a alack of fuel. This could be your problem.

what color is your plug? if its a black wet the bike more than likely has too big of a main jet or the air screw needs to be opend up some...or the slide needle raisd if it is a whiter color could need a bigger main or air screw closed more..or the needl clip droped some...

some of you guys need to study a jetting chart,, the air screw has nothing to do with topend ,,,, neither does the needle!!!!! if its bogging at WOT there is only one circuit,,,, and that is the main jet,,,,, before you throw some mis-information out there maybe read a little so you can make a intellegent suggestion,,,,,,
