I have recently rebuilt the top end of an old ATC 90. I replaced all of the gaskets, the piston, rings, valves and rebuilt the carb. Once it was all back together, it ran like a champ....except that I missed replacing the oil seal on the stud. I tore the top end back down, replaced the missing seal, put it back together, reset the timing and valaves...but now it won't fire!! I have checked and rechecked the timing and valve settings, and everything is good. Any thoughts? This is the first engine that I have rebuilt since high school (more than 10 years ago) so I am by no means an expert. But I have 2 more engines ready to rebuild and don't want to start on the next without finishing the first. Thanx for your input.
