Flamethrower Kit

Was just riding my 110 around just now. I got off and I was just revvin it and I had my hand behind the pipe and a 2 foot flame shot out and made me s***. So after that I was riding it around and revvin it up high and then just let off and every time it would pop and shoot out a flame.
It has a cobra megaphone on it. Anyone else experience this? Whats the deal?

when I had the muffler off my 200s engine and started it up and revved it the same thing happenned...

I have seen it on lawnmowers. Its prob loading up on fuel, then you let off the gas and the unburned fuel is making it into the exhaust where it burns it and blows the flame out. Usually the packing in the muffler prevents that from happening though. :beer

the cobras(the megaphones at least) dont come with packing so i guess thats why it happens.

yes they do. its in a core. there is a lil screw on the bottom on the muff by the end of it (the open end at the back of the bike). you can get replacement cores from dennisk kirk that should stop your flame!

vartiak, i took mine apart when it was brand new and it had nothing inside.
I seen the ones in DK with the packing though.
