I have a 1985 250 sx and i was wondering if anyone has experience in the snow. I was wondering how it will perform. I have some paddle/mud tires on it.

I have an '85 SX with Mud Buster tires on it and it goes through the snow great. I also have a 185s with knobbies on it and that sucks in the snow. It is easyer to get un stuck thought. The SX is a good trike

The SX will be fine in the snow. Like was mentioned above though tires do make a difference. :beer

I've ridden snowmobiles (in Colorado at 10K feet) and I've ridden my SX in average snowfalls. I've learned 2 things - You can get a snowmobile stuck and you can get a SX stuck.
Just go ride.

Ive got some tire chains on ebay that will make it go thru any amount of snow/ice you could throw at it, they work awesome

before i got my 200x i had a 110 and i put that thing through knee high snow drifts, sure it would get stuck but as long as i was moving fairly good when i hit them it plowed right through and kept on chuggin, the 200x is also pretty good as long as you can keep the tires planted and not high center it the thing will go through anything i throw at it, btw im 6'3" 250 so ive got a bit of wieght to throw around to keep the tires planted

I have a Bigred, it's almost same think, but I really like going in one feet of snow, just not give too much gas in the departures and in snow not typed and goes super. I like the "soft" feeling :D
PS:yay, my first message on this board :P

I have mud buster tires on my three sxes and they have beat most four wheel drives going uphill in snow. So much f***in fun, hard to decide between my sxes and the 350x when snow comes. I will guess your's will be a beast with paddle tires, I'd love to see paddle tires in action in snow.
