200 carb trouble???

i am tuning my carb on my trx 200 i have a repair and clymers manual for it and it says no where how to adjust the throttle stop screw.how many screws out should it be and what does it do???????

the throttel stop is the idel rate of the macine, it needs to be warm when you adjust this, turn in to make it idle higher, turn out to make it idle lower, it should idle at like 1400rpm...so basicly just find a spot where it will run at a lower rpm but dosnt stall...its mostly prefrence :)

r u familar with removing baffles? i tried takins parts out of mine all i got out was the spark arrestor there was 1 more thing back there it looked like a ice cream cone do u know what that is and how i can get it out?
