big problem with tecate kick start pedal

well finally got the trike together...went to kick start it, nothin, kicked 3 or 4 more times, nothin, waited a while cause it might be flooded...well it was and when i went to kick start it, it fired but the problem was when it finally started the damn kick start pedal broke. does anyone know where i can get one? any help would be great. you can see in the pics where it broke....damn fat azz!

i can look for one for you today i might have one somewhere here, i got to the atv salvage yard almost everyday and i always see them, ill pick one up for you if you want

That same thing happened to me in the middle of the dunes once. I found that a Banshee kicker will work just fine, it's just really short and you won't be able to kick through the whole stroke....it does work though.

HAHA...glad to see that i am not the only one. I broke thee of those in less than a year. finally switched to a kx model and haven't had a problem since.

guess the stock unit is not rated past 280lbs....LOL
