PW80 governor ?

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the governor off a 2001 yamaha PW80. Its my uncles and he wants me to try to figure it out but havnt had a chance to see it yet. Thanks

My buddy's kid had one, it's got a restrictor plate in the exhaust, probably where the pipe bolts to the head, it will have a little plate that looks like a washer, take it out and it'll give it a nice boost. Alot of them had throttle limiters too, probably a screw or something to set on the handgrip
