the ratio on mixing

I have just acquired a 84-85 tecate 3 that need a new piston and rings. Well that part of it has been done but what is the mixing ratio for the gas and oil
(2 stroke oil). Basically how do u guys mix your gas and oil. I have a 83 atc 250r which we mix gas and oil in but don't know anything about the the tecate.

I mix at 32:1 in all my trikes including my Tecate.

what ever you mix for the 250r will do fine for the tecate also

Correct ratio is determined by the oil more than the bike. I agree with running whatever you put in your R.
