No, and its not a dumb question. 86 200x matches up to 250r rims and 350x rims 300ex rims 400ex rims..

83-85 200x are also 4/110, same bolt pattern as all those mentioned by jenndnn3, so they will fit your 86 hubs. The only thing to watch for is that 83-85 200x hubs have short studs, and many of the later OEM type aluminum rims are too thick for them. The 86 may have short studs as well, I cant remember, but either way the 83-85 rims will work on them.
