When i got my wheeler, i was told they are illegal to ride,(in MN) but a buddy i ride with said no, only for a manufacturer to make and sell, and state trails, stuff like that. are they ok to ride on wheeler trails or unmarked trails, or are they supposed to stay in my yard?!!?
there perfectly legal to ride, tho if you use public land and trails you have to have your sticker and insurance just like any other Off road vehical

Welcome to the forums MNRebel. I am also from MN and there are no actual laws except for racing that prohibit the use of 3 wheeled atvs on local designated trails, etc. Although some ppl seem to think they are completly outlawed or something...

i live in a rural town in florida
i got a driving with license suspended charge on my 3 wheeler
and a ticket for operating atv on roadway.
apparently its only a 50 dollar ticket to operate them in the ditch and on the highway if u have a drivers license.
but if you dont have a dl, here you goto jail for dwls.
my advice: install a rear view mirror on the handlebars and dont let a pig get the drop on you ... good luck :beer

You can't ride in the ditch?
Your rural town must not be so "rural", because they do have laws in larger cities where you can't drive down the street....but you can still ride in the ditch.
