Picture help

when I try to add a pic to my signature all I get in the end is [IMG]http://atcroosters.homestead.com/My_250sx_0020.JPG and I have tried [IMG]http://atcroosters.homestead.com/My_250sx_0020.JPG[img].

Is there a limit on the picture size?
