Check this out. I saw it on an Ebay ad...

"This auction is for a brand new carb and throttle cable for a 1985 or 86 Honda ____. Retail value is approx. $350-$450. I am selling all of my toys! I recently married and my wife says everything must go. "

What do you guys think about this guy selling all his stuff because his wife said so. If indeed it is true, all I have to say is WEAK. If my wife told me that I'd respectfully tell her to "get bent".

If it is true,(most likely not) why would you marry such a monster?

He will end up divorced. Overbearing wife that wants everything to be her way. BS. making a blanket statement like that is BS. I bet she isnt giving up anything. Unreasonalble. :beer

I used to get a hard time from my wife regarding too much fishing, too much hunting, too much atving, blah blah blah.
"Why can't you be like the other guys and stay closer to home?"
After years of this b.s. I finally told her that she was right, I am going to be more like my buddies, starting tonight with my trip with my buddies to the strip club.
And don't make plans for the weekend because my buddies spend their Friday and Sat. nights in the local bars, drinking and fighting. Oh, and don't forget my two buddies who are well known for chasing skirts every time they are out of their wives' sight.
Yeah, ok, you win, I'm going to be just like my buddies. Instead of being in the wilderness, enjoying fresh air and nature, bringing home delicious wild game, coming home exhausted from having a good, clean, fun time, and then devoted my every waking moment to my family when I'm not enjoying my hobbies, I'm gonna be just like my buddies -- JUST LIKE YOU WANT.
The debate ended. ;)
Didn't really matter though. We eventually split up and now she has a man she can browbeat and pussywhip all she wants. :D It's funny, because you never see him in town without her glued at his side. That's not a relationship of equals, that's bondage. :wondering
And my present woman is a peach. When I tell her I'm heading out in the morning, she doesn't whine. She's glad I'm getting the opportunity to enjoy myself, the same way I'm happy when she goes off to the things she enjoys so much.
I'm a lucky boy.

All I hear from my wife is "when are we getting me one?" She's looking forward to going to the harescramble on the 20th. And trikefest this summer.

As the SOD song says: "his lips have turned brown from kissing ass". No way that kind of bull would ever happen to me! PH is a faithful guy but he also makes his own rules!!!!!!

Loving a woman is one thing, being controlled by her is a completely different story.

I don't bash women. So long as they are not nagging in my ear: YOU DON'T TREAT ME RIGHT! <silence>..........How? <silence>.........Nevermind..just forget it. ---Ok.
