250R front fender brace question

Who will know the part number for the factory Honda front fender brace for the '85/86 250R. The number of the one I have is 08143-HA200. Or does anybody know if they made the brace for the '83/84 model. I bought one and want to know if it is the right one. It just seems bigger than I remember them to be.

Is the '83-'84 250r brace the same as the '83-'85 200x brace?

Honda did not have one for the 83/84R. They only made them for the trikes that also had the Front Fender Extender (Overfender) as an option. 83-85 200X, 86-87 200X, 350X and the 85-86 250R..... that's all folks!

Thanks for the info guys. I just bought one that is brand new in the pack that was on eBay. I think that it will make the 200R look like more of a pure race bike than it already does. I will not put it on my chromed up 250R. It makes it look like crap. I dont like the way they look, I just like the fact that Honda made it and nobody can buy one.

I wish someone made one for the 83/84 R's...Oh well, guess im gotta fabricate some more (SWEET!) How do you all hink steel diamond plating would look? I would cut it out w/ the plasma torch then grind the cuts nice...what should i cover the cuts with tho?? should i just leave them bare?

I have a nos one for a '83-'85 atc200x. I have a '83 atc250r, the brace lines up with the holes in the triples and looks like it was made for that bike.
