The one that had 25 mins left (item 4523655502) the ports are too big and wouldnt make it any better. The one that has 1 day left (item 4524936243) isnt as big and is cheaper. I think its better. But anyone with a dremel can do it so just give it a go. The biggest performance enhancers are 1. A performance cam and 2. big bore piston. I could tell you lots more but it costs alot and you need some real experts to do it.

Try www.ronnies.com or www.mikuni.com I know the Ronnie's catalog had a 28mm mikuni 200x carb in it, but I cant remember if the website is ronnies.com.

Dremel and fine sand paper. Thats the way to port them. If your manifold doesnt match your head quite right, then get out the dremel and fix it. You will have a better port flow and more power!
Words of wisdom, remove the head from the motor and remove the valves. Dont want to damage them. Oh and also, avoid damaging the guide or seat.

get an XR200 carb. Its a bigger carb than the stock 200x carb. You may have to widen your airtube a little but it should work fine. You can find them on ebay pretty cheap (compared to $250 new)

83185s,
Yes It can be done with a Dremel. You should really practice on a junk head first though. You can mess up a perfectly good head if you don't know exactly what to do. You could actually make less hp if you over do it.
So, get a junk head. Port away. Show it to someone with experience and let them tell you what you did right and what you did wrong. Then you'll be ready to port your real head.
Here is a pretty good article on porting automotive heads. I know it's automotive, but Haggle told me in the other thread that it's basically the same concept. (I've ported plenty of car heads, but no atv/atc heads. That's going to change here soon.)

junk head..perfect..i just happen to have one with no valves or any of the goods in it! a 200x head at that! ...sweet sweet sweet..i was also thinkin of cleaning the head pipe as best i can with the dremel...sounds logical to me..but thats me tho..and im noit the smartest person..by the way..that 200x airbox assembly on ebay that ended yesterday..its mine!! lol..5.50 plus 11.00 shipping..o yea under 20 bucks for a complete airbox.. WOOT WOOT !! o yea i ordered the wiseco rings for my 67mm 200x 12:1 piston.. yes 67mm 12:1 ..lol..max 200x bore and its goin on the 185 engine...i havnt even tried messin with the dam thing today..had to work after school..i will mess with it tomarrow to see what all is goin on..i think maybe my stator wire fell off or something..i dunno..but ill check..it doesnt sound like its getting spark..and its still has an air leak somewhere..its cool tho i got plenty of time 2 morrow..i find it and fix it..actually im gonna pull the engine back off and put the 185 stuff back on till my new parts arrive and it breaks again..so i have a reason to fix it..lol
