and no im not talking about the tires! lol

as some of you may know i was putting my exhuast flange back on and one of the bolts broke off inside. well i drilled it out and tried to get it out with an ez out and the ez out bit also broke off inside. ive been trying for a week now to get it out and have had no luck. I was wondering if it absalutly need all three bolts on the flange to make a good seal or do you guys think i could get away with only useing the two? or do you have any other suggestions or any otherways on trying to get the ez out out? Thanks

You mean it broke off in the cylinder? If thats the case, take it to your local auto shop, I'm sure they can help you out for a couple bucks, It is really not that good of an idea to run with just the two, because if another breaks then your really gonna be screwed. This is for a 250R correct? (going by your sig). With that one bolt broke the remaining two are going to have alot more stress on them then they are made for. So they are likely to break from the pressure.

well my 200M bolts broke off (all of them) and now my exaust is held on by 2 washer clamps wrapped around my head. so id say 2 outta 3 bolts should work if my backyard fix works just fine

yes it is for the 250r do you think it would man a good enought seal with only the two bolts?

It would probably seal, yes, but would I reccomend it, and do it myself? No. You are putting alot of stress on those other bolts, I would much rather have one bolt extracted out of the cylinder then 2 or 3.
