What Hondas were White and Red?

Ok i know this kid that loves quads. His dad has a Honda that he says is an 87 which i doubt. He said his dad thre a chain and cracked the case. Its been in the garage for years because they all got quads. He says its White and Red and he thinks its a 250 cc
Im on the case and it looks as if I may have a good chance to scoop this one up because the kids say their dad hasnt touched it in years and doesnt really care about it. What im wondering is what could this Honda be? What if it is a 87? They come from upstate NY and whice Hondas were white and Red? :wondering

200x were white and red and also the 85 350x's thats the only ones i know of the 87 r is white and red so maybe there is one???????????????

I thought 250 sx but he said it has a chain. I asked if it waS A 200 X ANDHE SAID IT WAS A 250 CC so im confused. But he said he would cal me 2morrow. I hope to see it ny this weekend. what an 87 R look like?

I'm betting on the chain or on the year/cc. 350X's are notorius for cracked cases from chains.... have a '50' in them, and the kid probably wasn't born yet to know the year! hahahaa

Not bullshit, just misinformation that leads to these stupid little 87 trike posts. :rolleyes: Meat, how bout talking to the guys dad and figuring out what it is he has. I'm thinking its one of the X's or the 250SX. Figure out from him if its a twostroke, if it has aftermarket plastic, a white headlight housing, white shrouds. Also notice the graphic on the fender and the A in ATC is different.

Im just curious what Hondas were white and Red. Thats all I know and that its a 250cc With a chain. For all I know its a Honda 110 Im waiting to go see this trike but I dont like to wait. I want it now. All I do know is if his dad is sick of it sitting in the garage all these years Im scapin that baby up. The kid told me it was in good clean shape. But of course my luck sux so I may never see it

This dude has to talk to his brother to talk to his father because he doesnt know his number. I asked for it. Its one of those situations that just sux and turns Hondas into Kawai KLT's

But he swears on it and I told him straight up at the party that I dont like people that Talk shiot. He took it a little serious untill I explained thats how I do business. I tell the truth and I expect it from others. He then reafirmed that its just like he said. Anyway I will be riding with this guy and his brother soon so I dont see why he would lie. Pray for me to score a nice ride for us Trikers.
