Is This A Sickness?

Do you find yourself looking around for trikes? When your traveling someware do you find yourself scanning the horizon? People's yards, sides of the roads? If you finally spot one does it eat away at you? Thinking you have to go back for a closer view? Man, if I could just have a peek under that tarp? I betcha I can fix that thing up. What's wrong with me?

Been doing that ever since I recieved my drivers license,16 years. Sometimes I am nervous about going up and knocking on someones door.The worst they will do is say NO!! but you never know. ALWAYS say you need it for parts that way you can get it cheaper,Thats what I do..

I've got it bad, and there is no real cure .... I've got it so bad that I even look for ATV trails off of the road when I'm driving - everywhere. I get excited when I see tracks in the snow for Pete's sake.

ive got "TRIKEITOUS" also, and it is very contagious, so be aware, ive only cought it about a year ago but i just cant get rid of it, and i dont wana either, its so much fun going around lookeing for trikes and stuff like that.

I've got the sickness too. I love it though, just by asking around and letting people I work with know I'm into 3 wheeler's usually end's up with me buying another trike. I am about to close a deal for $450.00 where I get a Yamaha 225, three Honda 110's and a Suzuki 125 trike. I love this sickness, I don't ever want to be well.

Same here. My relatives all get a kick out of me when I come to visit. The first thing I do when I get there is to check out the classifieds. My wife even knows to make extra room in the Excursion just in case.

LOL....I do the same thing! You know you've got it bad when you almost get stuck after you run off the road while looking behind someone's yard with ATV tracks out front. :eek:

I got the sickness too! :D Thats how a picked up a 250sx for free about 7 or 8 months ago. It was a basket-case beyond repair but hey, it's got quite a few good parts that i am going to sell. :D

i cant tell you how many vehicles i ahebv wrecked just drivin somewhere new and just turnin onto quad trains and such. and i have gotten a bunch of trikes ffrom posting a classafided add for just 3 wheelers. and for me its not a sicknes sits an obsession!!!!!!!!!!

I have this sickness also, try driving a Truck all over and doing this im real bad,but i have scored 2 trikes this way and found a "big red 'yesterday in kentucky.

When I was about 14 I started bugging my mom to take me to pick up junk bikes with her van. The ones that were too far away to push home! I have had the sickness ever since then. 28 now. House full of bikes trikes etc. Mom's house still full of bikes. Can't seem to get enough of em. No more bikes left around these parts so I've been making road trips lately. I'm definitely ill! Somebody help me!

Yeah I know what you mean, I recently caught this cough disease cough, This time last year I had 1 trike and 2 fourwheelers, Now I have 1 running fourwheeler 3 running trikes, 24 non running trikes, 8 non running fourwheelers 2 little motorcycles and a trailer load of misc. stuff. Oh wait and I just bought another quad last night!!!

You couldnt be more correct, my current collection home is a 2 room shop, first room measureing 18x62 and the other is similar in size (odd numbers huh) and I have been filling it up as fast as I can get my hands on stuff.

i even ask kids at school. i found out one kid in my class has a 250sx and he likes riddin it more then his 400z. then they guy that operates the car wash saw mine and he has a 250sx too. then at my old house i saw some guy rebuilding a sky blue dx in his shed.

So then I'm not the only one??? Something else I've noticed myself doing alot is when out on a trail I find myself checkin out other peoples tracks to see what kind of tires their running. We are all very sick!!!

well, i have an addiction to fix up anything, and everything, from lawn mowers, to golf carts, quads, bikes, dirt bikes, street bikes, sleds, trikes, anything that has wheels or a track,

my list right now is a 87 warrior and a 85 tri z

all the stuff i have bougt/ownerd from new/inherited/found

14 snowmobiles
4 trikes
7 quads
11 dirt bikes
1 street bike (sold the day i bought it, didnt even get it home!!)
3 golf carts
7 rideing lawnmowers
bout 12 or 13 home made go carts/ death traps

so, in total thats: 59 toys that i have owned in the past 4 years thats an average of 14.75 a year!!!
