Made for the 4 wheeler but imagine it would work on the 3 also.
Not implying I or anyone else should do it as it's very costly but if you really wanted your 250 to roost and have lots of $$ and want it really different motor wise...........GO FOR IT! Sort of scary that they had some problems with it though.

Looks awesome...but it won't work on the ATC because of cooling limitations. They added a larger radiator.
Dammit!

You could do that too. 84-85 Tecate style.

Yea, I saw that but if someone has that much money to spend couldn't they enlarge (lengthen) the 2 stock ones?
Anyone REALLY interested they can always email and ask. Most likely be the only 3 wheeler in the country with one on!
They have a 265 & 330 kit also. I like how ATC 330R sounds. :D 425 seems a bit tooooo much? Trannie would probably blow!

i am running stock radiators on my 500 and i have no cooling issues,, i have them setup to dual pass before returning to the motor,,, the difference between the stock and cr500 radiators is only about 12 square inches,,,,

ON thge cr500 bike the water goes from the head to the top of both radiators them to the water pump ,, i ran both lines to the top of one radiator ,, then to the bottom of the other one so it passes through both radators,,, one at a time,,, when i get done riding you can feel the temp difference in the two radiators too,,,,

Wow Kasey, did you think that up yourself? Did you try it the normal way first? That is a great idea. On another note, in 2001, I bought that PSI Genosis Big Air Carburetor for my 01 CR250R for 500 dollars. PSI had developed it about a year earlier and it still had teething problems. After they sent me another needle, I finally got got the carb to work. And did it work! I absolutely loved it. Not only did it add a lot of power from bottom to top (it pulled like hell on top), it was like the delivery was electric, smoother, but a lot more everywhere. I do not know how to explain it, it was as my engine was humming. PSI said the carb was as close to fuel injection as it gets and that explains the electric feel. Well, the next year I bought an 02 CR250R and I could not make the carb work after they sent me two other needles. It was a little lean on top and I took it off. It has been on my garage shelf ever since. In the last three years, I bet they have perfected it. I have been thinking about trying it on my trike, I just have not got around to it. When you look down the venturi, it looks kind of like a triangle, a small hole on the bottom to a large hole towards the top. It acts like two carbs in one. It also has a huge needle and you adjust it externally instead of taking it apart to change jets. Well, I want call PSI and see about a ATC/TRX needle after reading this thread.
