Try a new condensor and a NEW plug. Make sure that the points are gapped right and arent burnt.

actually, you dont have to to drop the motor to get it out, i thought i red you put a new plug in..anyways, to get the coil out without droping the frame, first you undoo the 2 little nuts on the outside of the frame that hold it on push the coil in so it falls ontop of the motor, next take the air box off and shove your hand in that tiny little hole if you can, if not find a smaller hand heh, you can normally grab the coil from there and take it out of that hole with some manuvering, you may have to get it up to the side of the hole and use a screwdriver to loosen the screw that holds the condenser bracket thing, then it should pop out........another easy way if you do have to drop the motor,(all of 4 bolts btw) just tip the 90 upsidedown....makes it easier to put the mount bolts back in hehe

Did you put the plug IN the hole? I second the screwdriver test, but a better way is if you use your tongue like on a 9 volt.

yeah i got my parts today, new points and condenser, but the only way that i get a spark is that i make the spark plug gap smaller and when i pull it i have 2 pull it really fast, what could be the problem? maby the coil?

Check that the coil is grounded well. It needs to make good contact with the frame. Make sure theres no rust or paint stopping the contact between the two.

Another thing to do if that doesnt fix it is remove the pull starter and have a look at the charging coils. Remove all the built up metal from the magnet and inspect the coils for damage. If it all looks good and the spark is still poor then try hooking up the light charging circuit to the ignition. (use the yellow wire instead of the black and red).
