Suzuki Compression

I am working on a suzuki alt50. It runs but is really sluggish, with no power, and will hardly move. How much compression should it have? It has 75psi of compression. For a big bike that's not good, but how about a bike this small?
Any input would be appreciated.

talk to a suzuki dealer, they might be able to help you on the amount of compression suzuki's small bore 4 strokers should have...im sure the alt motor is closely related to other models so they might have a workshop manual for a similar engine....
