need help with an ATC70

sorry guys i didnt mean to edit my post lol.....heres what the problem was.....after shifting a couple times we would hear liek a scraping sound....and the motor would lock up...and it wouldnt come out of gear......after pulling up and pressing down on the shifter for an hour or so...it would come out of gear start up and go into gear.....after a little bit of shifting it would do it again......and lock up and not come out of gear....and again if i messed with the shifter for a long time i could get it out of gear and start it up.......any body had a similar problem....or have any ideas on what the problem could be? any help would be apreciated

we would like to get it going during spring break.....so any help will be nice

Does it have oil in it?

on the side of the crankcase is the clutch nut loose cuz ive had that problem 2 it was hard 2 get it into gear but almost impossib le 2 get it out and i hurt my foot messing with it then i notices oil dripping outa the side of the engine and the clutch was all screwed up

we tryed adjusting that but it didnt work.....everybody i asked is saying the clutch is proble shot
