How do you guys like amsoil HP in your 250r's? Prefer interceptor over the HP? I was thinking a mixture of 32:1 would be fine, does that sound right?

I know alot of people prefer the amsoil dominator over the interceptor in their sleds. i think its because it burns cleaner and doesnt sticky up the PV's i am pretty sure the HP injector oil isnt synthetic whereas the interceptor is. synthetic has better lubricity then petroleum based oils. I personally am a fan of the Ipone oil. its one of the cheaper synthetic oils and smells like strawberrys. i ran it for over 2000 miles this year in my sled and didnt have to clean the PV's once, they were as clean as if i had just cleaned them. I would run the interceptor if those were my only options. 32:1 should be fine. I run my tri z 40:1, about the same as my sled, a 2 stroke is a 2 stroke.
hope it helps

HP injector is synthetic, I don't think amsoil even sells mineral oil. I heard just the opposite about dominator in sleds, guys who race like it but for trail riding it gums up your power valves. I used to run klotz in my tri Z, but I can buy interceptor for $20 a gallon vs it's retail price of $32.
What do you have for a sled?
