I used these work gloves with soft insulation. They worked great.

I use pretty high dollar Grandoe armored ski racing gloves - my hands are usually sweating at 10*.

I use bar muffs.

They are like pouches that slip and velcro to your bars.. have big opening you fit your hands into.. and wear thin tinsulate gloves inside. Cuts wind and keeps hands toasty warm and dry !!!!

I just use any ol' pair of thick winter gloves I can find that will fit my hands. I have been riding at -10* and have not gotten cold.

Fox's Therma paws. You can still move around, they're waterproof, and warm (but I've only tested down to 15 degrees).

Mittens are warmer than gloves and if it's really cold, you can wear a set of light gloves inside them. I've got leather "Toasters" made by Olympia.
