atc 70 exhaust stuck ..!!!!

l have removed a very rusty exhaust and there is still some pipe left in the head lm not sure whether this is the shims rusted in or not.. If someone has a photo of a head with the exhaust removed it would be much appreciated

You could be in trouble, sometimes you just cant get the pipe to budge. Only way might be to dremel it out (Die Grinder).
When you get it out finally, you might find the head is cracked, happens when the corrosion builds up around the pipe and cracks the oil gallery!!

Id say the shims and the gasket are rotted up in there,soak it with some penetrating oil then try a screwdriver or a pick gently on it
