Yamaha yt 175 Chain adjustment

How do you adjust the chain tension on a YT175? Any help will be much appreciated.

loosen four bolts that hold rear end onto frame at back of three wheeler, then tighten long reddy rod underneath that moves eccentic to slide rear end back on frame, leave about 1/2 inch slack then tighten 4 rear end bolts up.
