I need Help!!

ok so this problem is with my 200M. When I try to start it wont but if I take out the air filter it will but it run really crappy and wont idle. its like there is not enough air in the engine. is there a air/fuel mixture screw? the onyy screw I can find is on the right of the carb (if your sitting on the bike) and ive been told that is the idle screw? so does anybody no what my problem is?

yes. there is an air/fuel screw it's vertical and uses a flat headed bit.... the phillips screw on the side ( horizontal ) is the idle screw....

I'd say start by pulling the plug out.. check the condition of it after pulling it over a few times.. is the plug wet ? or dry ? black...etc......

if you have a BRAND NEW one.. not a used and cleaned plug.. but a spanking new one.. put that in to see how it goes.

i would say you are getting too much air with the filter off. (lean)

that is the weird part. when I pull the plug sometimes its wet (gassy) sometimes covered in oil and sometimes its fine. Ya and bigcrip the bike wont start unless the airfilter is off
