Hey- does anyone know where to get plans to convert a 3-wheeler into a
4-wheeler. Not that I don't like trikes but I have 2 and i would consider transforming 1 of them so that i could ride with my quad-riding buds

I tried the trike on those trails and ended up rolling down a pretty steep hill and into some trees :cry:

Looking at your signiture, you'd be better off buyng a YFM200 Moto-4 (85-89) It has basically the 200 motor with like a 225DX rear end. You could then use your 200's for parts. The work and cost of changing one of those trikes to a 4 wheeler would be about useless. Infact, I know where there are 2 of these 4 wheelers available for sale. One's mint, the other wacked a good tree... they are in MI though.

lol, that depends on the find and condition im guessin you could find one very cheap.

You should be able to find one for around $1000 in nice condition. Think they wanted like $1200 for the mint one and like $400 for the one that hit the tree... I can't remember but somethinglke that.

Anyhow... here's what they look like so you can go find one and leave them 3 wheelers like God designed them... with 3 wheels!

I got a moto4 theres pics in the quad section,just curious though why do you need a quad to ride with your quad riding buddies??????I used to have a trike and rode with 4 wheelers all the time not a big deal,right now i got a quad cause i did a trade,i don't got the money to have myu choice at this time so i settle for what i got,i will own another trike in the future..
