1987 quadzilla

ok im having another problem with the quad... i know it maybe pretty common with the quadzilla's the tranny is skippin from 3 to fifth and sometimes it makes a loud grinding noise...



any suggestions

shifting forks are probably bent. and the gears might be worn also.
