Anyone know of a place that sells re-built calipers for ATVs? I need one for my 86 R.

If yours is rebuildable you can do it yourself, its not that difficult. Get the parts from service honda or cal-atv.

That is the problem, mine is pretty much junk. One of the pins is completely froze into the caliper.

I have removed a lot of frozen pins from calipers. It's not that hard to do. Just takes a little time ( 30 minutes to a hour normally ).

Impact driver? It's a shame the previous owner didn't see it before he sold it. He might have bought a new one from HONDA like he did for the exhaust header and the rear carrier! I rolled my eyes when Kevin told me the guy put $500 in the rear end to change the bearings, till I saw the contrast of that shiney 85 rear carrier with not a molested/bent tab against the rest of the rear end! BTW.... the exhaust header is for a 86. I know how some of you are touchy about what year the items are on your 350X's! However, I got a 85 one here if you wanna trade! hahahaahhhaah :p

if you guide pins are frozen just heat up around it, but dont heat it up too much cause it will melt, and work it out...

I never use heat on a caliper. Heating only causes more problems ( IMO ). Just good ole elbow grease ( it's left over grease from being a arm chair racer, lmao ).
