Anyone know where I can find a 12mm bolt with a 10mm allen head? 25mm long and 1.25 pitch. I don't care how much it costs. It's a cap screw. If you can find one that is longer than 25mm I can always cut it off.

Depends on where you are.. but we have specialty nut/bolt stores around here that carry just about any imaginable combination of fine/coarse thread.. hex philips. etc...

most ATV shops should have access to them for tripple the price ( 3 or so $.. muh )

I've tried 3 ATV dealers. An ATV aftermarket shop and tons of hardware stores. No one has a 12mm with a 1.25 pitch listed in their catalogs. 1.25 pitch is common for an 8mm.

What machine and where does it go?

What machine? That is where is gets complicated. I have 3 TT500 Yamaha's. One of them has longer, larger diameter forks and they can take air. It is the bold that comes up through the bottom of the fork and hold it together. Most all bikes use an 8mm bolt. TT500's never had a front fork that you could air up. I had to order fork seals for it by measuring the old ones and we determined by the seal size it either came from a YZ465 or an XT550. Probably the XT550 since the YZ465 forks come apart with a slide hammer and mine do not. The part is discontinued....

I would think a place like this would have it for sure.

Would you happen to have a Fastenal dealer near you? If not try www.fastenal.com

There is a place not too far from me that will make any bolt you want. would you be willing to go that route? After making the bolt and shipping, it will be costly.

hardware stores usually don't carry that many metric bolts. you have to find a store that just sells fasters. the place near me is called tri state fastner and they carry every kind of bolt you could think off. find one of those stores and you would be set. is the size m8 or m12 i have might some m8's if that is the size.

Most parts like that are OEM. That means they make fasteners specifically for that application. I have replaced those things in Hondas, they are standard parts. You are possibly getting into JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) as opposed to DIN Standard (european and the rest of the world) stuff. If its OEM, you are stuck finding OEM parts. Go into a fastenal, ask really NICE for someone to to a "branch special stock search" and they might help you out. Trouble is, money talks, and BS or sob stories walk, in most cases. If you are luck, they will take sympathy with your plight. Unless the head dia. is different than a std,(seen that before).but the thread size should not be a problem.
