250sx key cylinder removal?

I just got a new key cylinder and would like to know how to remove the old cylinder and replace it with the new one.

The electric start thing - where the key goes

oh.. that.

the dash itself ( with the N and R lights ) pulls right off the bars.. you need to push plastic tabs under the dash to get the key cylinder thing as you call it . out.

Not sure about the wires.. either pull apart clips or cut and solder, but i'm not sure.. i bet a few guys here know this off the top of their heads tho !
