i would recommend gettting a manual before you do this, it will help ALOT.

it pop's off the top gear then off the bottem-you have to relive the tension from the tensinor that is a bolt under the motor close to the oil drain, there is like a little flat head screw you undo to relive the tension then it will pop off the bottem sprocket and pull it out as one unit.
